Hello lovelies! I promised I would share my chai concentrate recipe this weekend and it’s now 7pm on Sunday so I suppose I should hurry it up 😉 I’ve got a teething 9 month old on my hands so it’s been a challenge to sit down and write. You know what hasn’t been a challenge though? Making litres and litres of chai concentrate! I think I’m an addict at this point. I’ve made 6 litres in about two weeks. When I was a kid in middle school, I actually collected lip balm! I had a little purse full of probably 50 different flavours. I just loved the stuff. Plus they’re made with whole wheat flour, unfrefined sugar, and coconut oil 🙂 you can feel good about munching on these cookies! They’re warm and spicy from the cinnamon, which pairs perfectly with the dark chocolate they’re dipped in. The perfect winter cookie, especially with Valentines Day coming up 😉 Continue reading
If I had to name one guilty pleasure it would absolutely be pizza! There is something about fluffy crust topped with tomato sauce and melted cheese that just gets me hungry. Ordering from the pizza place down the street can be veryyyy tempting. They have 50% off Mondays and delivery takes 20 minutes. Downside: I always feel awful and icky after eating it. Solution: pizza from scratch in less than an hour! Making your own pizza is really easy, I promise! And the ingredients are wholesome and won’t make you feel icky after 🙂 Continue reading
