DIY: Relaxing Peppermint Foot Soak

Our feet can get so sore, tired, and worn out- so it’s important to take care of them. Nothing feels better at the end of a long day on your feet than some pampering. I whipped up this foot soak recipe while I was pregnant with constantly sore feet, it’s super relaxing and alllll natural 🙂 you can mix it up and start an at-home spa session in just a few minutes!

Epsom salt, sea salt, and baking soda are all perfect ingredients to soak your feet in. They are said to have “detoxing” properties and they help soothe away any achiness. The pure peppermint essential oil is helpful for sore feet because it is cooling and tingly.

For extra soothing, follow your foot soak with my DIY Soothing Cocoa Mint Foot Salve and pamper yourself with a foot massage. Put on some thick socks and let your feet soak in the moisture. Your feet will be so silky soft and relaxed!


DIY: Relaxing Peppermint Foot Soak

  • 1/3 cup of epsom salts
  • 1/3 cup of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 5-10 drops of pure peppermint essential oil


  1. Stir all ingredients into warm water, either in the tub or a large bowl. Soak your feet as long as you need to! Then dry off with a towel.
