Hello lovelies! This Curry Winter Vegetable Soup has butternut squash, carrots, onions, garlic, and deliciously warming curry spice. It’s got a lovely silky texture and I like to top mine with a dollop of creamy Greek yogurt and fresh, vibrant cilantro to contrast the warmth. It’s just amazing! I’ve made this winter vegetable soup several times, which is saying a lot because I’m always trying new recipes, it’s not often that a recipe gets repeated in my kitchen.

I know I’ve been saying this a lot but FOR REAL I’m going to get back into the blogging groove this time. Ever since I had my baby 5 months ago, my blogging has been a bit sporadic to say the least. I feel like I have no time to do anything. The days seem to be over before they begin! I nurse, play, babywear, and repeat and before I know it it’s time to put my little cutie to bed. If she would nap on her own I think I’d be able to get a little more done but my sweet girl likes to be on her mama when she naps. I can’t blame her, I quite enjoy the snuggles myself!
