I know I’ve been saying this a lot but FOR REAL I’m going to get back into the blogging groove this time. Ever since I had my baby 5 months ago, my blogging has been a bit sporadic to say the least. I feel like I have no time to do anything. The days seem to be over before they begin! I nurse, play, babywear, and repeat and before I know it it’s time to put my little cutie to bed. If she would nap on her own I think I’d be able to get a little more done but my sweet girl likes to be on her mama when she naps. I can’t blame her, I quite enjoy the snuggles myself! I love a coconut milk chai latte- so I turned it into an ice cream! Turns out it makes a delicious ice cream flavour, especially with the creamy coconut milk and real vanilla bean. The combination of these flavours is phenomenal 🙂 I didn’t use an ice cream maker so it had more of a granita texture which I loved!
